Return Process

  Place the unused tools in their original protective casing and pack them securely in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the items are in new condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
